Vivo Energy Mauritius prepares students for the workplace
Vivo Energy Mauritius invited 60 lower-sixth college students to Vivo Energy Youth Day, an event dedicated to workplace learning the 6th August 2014. This event enabled students that were about to graduate to get a first-hand experience of the work environment. The activity has been organised since 2013, in collaboration with the NGO Junior Achievement Mascareignes.
“It is our wish, through this project, to help ease the transition from school to work life, as teenagers often tend to get lost in the great unknown world of work”, explains Belinda Teeroovengadum, Communications Manager of Vivo Energy Mauritius. With road safety and the environment, education is one of the three key pillars of Vivo Energy’s community investment.
