Formula 1 fans are currently getting set for the final race of the year that takes place in Abu Dhabi on 29th November 2015.
Bigger than ever before, the Yas Marina Circuit will host GP2 and GP3 as the support races for the final race of the 2015 season. The circuit features a 60-metre solar powered Shams Tower and a pit lane, which sees the cars exit via a tunnel passing under the track. It will also feature among other things, live concerts featuring performances by major international artists.
This year, Vivo Energy the company that distributes and markets Shell branded fuels and lubricants in Africa, through the Shell V-Power brand is flying 5 loyal customers and members of its Shell V-Power club to Abu-Dhabi to tour the Ferrari world theme park and an opportunity to attend the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix. This is the climax of a seven months long promotion to engage members of the Shell V-Power club that was formed and launched in April 2015 at the Fast & Furious 7 movie Premier in Kampala. The club was created to reward the members based on a points system every month to enjoy exclusive rewards from various partners leading up to the grand prize of 5 fully paid trips to Abu Dhabi.
While handing over the fully paid trip packages to the winners at Kampala Serena Hotel, Vivo Energy Managing Director Hans Paulsen hailed the customers for being loyal to the brand and encouraged them to continue using Shell V-Power.
“This is not the end of such exciting promotions, at Vivo Energy we always give back to our customers. The Shell V-Power Club rewards will continue so please keep fueling and earning points. The next program will have more exciting rewards” Hans noted.
The winners of the fully paid trip to the Ferrari world will leave for Abu Dhabi on 27th and return on 30th November.
