Societal Impact Overview
During 2022 we launched an initiative called Green Champions as part of World Environment Day. Its aim was to find climate‑related activities that could be developed and implemented by employees to help minimise our impact to the planet.
Over 230 employees expressed an interest to become Green Champions. Following review by each of the operating unit managing directors, 99 colleagues across the Group were appointed.
Over 100 initiatives have been developed – all of which are linked to the four Planet priorities. These are in the process of being implemented across the Group.
