Vivo Energy Uganda hosts Chinese business community to New Year celebration
Kampala, Uganda – 27 February 2026: Vivo Energy Uganda hosted leading stakeholders and valued Chinese business partners this evening in Kampala to celebrate the 2026 Chinese New Year and welcome the Year of the Horse, a symbol widely associated with strength, progress, and forward momentum.
The Chinese New Year celebration, culturally significant for themes of renewal, prosperity, and sustained relationships, provided an important platform for strategic engagement. More than a ceremonial occasion, the event underscored Vivo Energy Uganda’s dedication to long-term collaboration, institutional stability, and shared commercial success into 2026 and beyond.
The gathering brought together senior leadership from Vivo Energy Uganda, government representatives, industry partners, and key customers across sectors, including construction, manufacturing, transport, and infrastructure development.
