Amman, Jordan - 12 August 2026: Vivo Energy Jordan has announced the soft opening of its first Engen-branded service station in the Wadi Saqra area of Amman, marking the start of the implementation phase of its plan to transform and upgrade its network of service stations across Jordan. The milestone follows the successful completion of the acquisition of TotalEnergies Marketing Jordan.

Over the coming days, the company will continue the first phase of the rollout with the soft opening of additional stations. Following Wadi Saqra, stations in Al-Muqabalein, Gardens, and Mecca Street will begin soft operations ahead of their official opening.

The opening of the Wadi Saqra station is the first tangible step in Vivo Energy Jordan's plan to relaunch and modernise its service station network across the Kingdom. The programme covers the rebranding and enhancement of the former TotalEnergies service stations, while also strengthening the company's commercial fuels, lubricants, and business solutions offerings. The initiative reflects Vivo Energy's commitment to delivering a more modern, efficient, and customer-focused experience in Jordan.

The introduction of the Engen brand to the Jordanian market marks a significant milestone for Vivo Energy, which operates Africa's leading fuel and energy distribution network. By bringing its operational expertise and internationally recognised standards to Jordan, the company aims to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative services while maintaining the highest levels of safety and operational excellence.
